The state assessment measures your understanding of expressions, rational numbers, ratios, and spatial area. Review these core formulas and glossary snapshot terms before starting your review sheets.
Divide fractions by multiplying by the reciprocal (Keep-Change-Flip). For decimals, align decimal places when adding or subtracting, and count spaces when multiplying.
Perform inverse operations on both sides to isolate the variable. Whatever operation you apply to one side, you must apply to the other to keep it balanced.
