About WebQuests
What Is a WebQuest?
A WebQuest is a guided inquiry activity where students work through a real-world scenario step by step. Each quest on this site follows the classic six-part structure: Introduction (the hook), Task (what you will produce), Process (numbered steps), Resources (on-site links to games, graphic novels, and lessons), Evaluation (a rubric), and Conclusion.
At the end of every quest, students complete a short Check Your Understanding quiz, enter their name, and use the built-in Save as PDF or Save as DOC button to produce a finished document ready for grading or portfolio submission.
WebQuests are written in plain Grade-6-ESOL language, use large readable text, and are fully keyboard-accessible.
